Founded by veteran permanent makeup artists, Kelly Hallam & Stephanie Wilson of Halcyon Cosmetic Clinic & Academy, the company saw a need in the industry for universal cartridge needles designed specific to permanent makeup. Launched in 2019, HCP universal cartridge needles were designed with a flat tip needle casing to mimic traditional permanent makeup needles and a range of sizes suited for all permanent makeup techniques.

Kelly & Stephanie continue to work as PMU artists and educators, and use their products daily in their busy clinic. They only sell products they use daily and believe in.
