    Cancellation Policy

    Please read carefully.

    Halcyon Cosmetic Academy cancellation policy for classes. 
    All training classes require a 50% Booking Fee or Full Payment to register for class. The balance owing is due 14 days prior to class start date. 

    Cancellations more than 2 weeks prior to class will have their deposit held for the next scheduled class only or refunded minus a 15% cancellation fee.

    Cancellations within 2 weeks will forfeit their Booking Fee.

     

    Halcyon Cosmetic Academy cancellation/refund policy for Online Courses. 
    All online courses are paid in full and a registration email will be sent from www.halcyoncosmetic.thinkific.com within a few minutes of receipt of purchase.  

    Online training is not eligible for refund after registration of class. 

    Halcyon Cosmetic Academy cancellation policy for Mentorship Program.
    Mentorship Programs require full payment upon registration. 
    Cancellation of 6 month program has a 14 day or "prior to students first message" grace period. If cancelled in this time you will receive full refund minus a 15% cancellation fee. Any cancellations after this do not qualify for refund.
